1977 Topps Baseball #365 - Mike Torrez
- Mike Torrez started the 1977 season with the Oakland A's. The team wasn't going to contend so on April 27 Mike was traded to the New York Yankees for Dock Ellis, Larry Murray, and Marty Perez. Torrez was a good pickup for the Yankees as he won 14 games during the regular season and two more in the World Series.
- Torrez left the Yankees as a free agent after the 1977 season and signed with the Boston Red Sox.

- New York Yankees - 14-12, 3.82 ERA in 31 starts
- AL Championship Series - 0-1, 4.09 ERA in 2 games (1 start)

- July 28 - Allowed two runs on four hits as the Yankees beat the Baltimore Orioles 14-2.

1977 Topps Baseball #364 - Vic Correll
- Vic Correll started 46 games as the backup to starting catcher Biff Pocoroba. This was Vic's last year as a member of the Atlanta Braves. Correll was released during spring training in 1978. Vic caught on with the Cincinnati Reds and played for them from 1978-1980.
- 1977 Stats: .208, 7 HR, 16 RBI in 54 games
- 1977 Highlights:
- June 25 - Hit a 3-run homer in Atlanta's 9-5 win over the San Francisco Giants.
- July 31 - His 2-run home run helped the Braves beat the Pittsburgh Pirates 8-3.

1977 Topps Baseball #363 - Dave Roberts
- Dave Roberts had a tough time with the Tigers in 1977. Roberts was sold to the Chicago Cubs on July 31 as the Cubs sought pitching help for the stretch drive. Dave pitched better for the Cubs.
- 1977 Stats:
- Detroit Tigers - 4-10, 5.15 ERA in 22 starts
- Chicago Cubs - 1-1, 3.23 ERA in 17 games (6 starts)
- 1977 Highlights:
- June 27 - Allowed one run on seven hits and had a complete game 7-1 victory over the Boston Red Sox
- Sept 5 - Pitched a complete game, allowed two runs, and got the win as the Cubs beat the St. Louis Cardinals 4-2.

1977 Topps Baseball #362 - Tommy Davis
- Tommy Davis was already retired when this card came out. Davis was released from the Royals on 16 January 1977 and he decided to retire rather than try to catch on with another team.

1977 Topps Baseball #361 - Eduardo Rodriguez
- Eduardo Rodriguez bounced back from a 5-13 season. He was a useful middle reliever and spot starter for the Brewers in 1977.
- 1977 Stats: 5-6, 4 saves, 4.35 ERA in 42 games (5 starts)
- 1977 Highlights:
- May 22 - Pitched a 2-hit shutout as the Brewers beat the Boston Red Sox 6-0.
- Sept 14 - Allowed four hits and no runs in the final 7 1/3 innings to earn the win. The Brewers came back from a 5-0 deficit to beat the Seattle Mariners 8-5.

1977 Topps Baseball #360 - Rick Monday
- On 11 January 1977 Rick Monday was traded (with Mike Garman) to the LA Dodgers for Bill Buckner, Ivan DeJesus, and minor leaguer Jeff Albert. Rick had had his best year in 1976, but he had an off year in 1977. He appears to have been injured during the season -- he played in only 118 games and there is a 3-week break in July and August that looks like a disabled list stint. His production slipped as the season went on.

- Regular season: .230, 15 HR, 48 RBI
- NL Championship Series: .286 (2 for 7) in 3 games
- World Series: .167 (2 for 12) in 4 games
- 1977 Highlights:
- April 13 - His solo home run in the 8th inning broke a 3-3 tie and propelled the Dodgers to a 4-3 win over the Atlanta Braves.
- May 3 - Drove in three runs with two doubles to help the Dodgers beat the New York Mets 4-1.
- Sept 20 - Hit a two-run homer as the Dodgers beat the San Francisco Giants 3-1 and clinched the NL West title.
