Whenever Lou Piniella came to the plate, the Yankees announcers would always have to say about the fans and their "Louuuuu" chant, "They're not booing, they're saying 'Louuuuuuu.'"
ReplyDeleteOf course, that would cause my brothers and I to boo at the TV. We hated Piniella.
Notice how the Marlboro sign in centerfield was airbrushed. Well, more like blackened with a Sharpie.
